Unique design decor, Good water pressure and temperatures, Half balcony in rooms
Proper soundproofing needed!!! A bathroom door upgrade would enhance privacy!!! Small elevators struggle with luggage access!!! An air conditioning fix would improve comfort!!!

Charming boutique hotel feel made it inviting.
The sound insulation in the room was quite poor. I could hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom door design did not lock properly, which compromised my privacy during my stay.

The room had a charming decor which made it feel inviting the staff were genuinely friendly (especially Carlos who brought so much positivity every morning) and the breakfast was a good value for what you pay.
The sound insulation could use some improvement since I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms occasionally.

The hotel felt small yet cozy, with everything I'd expect from my stay. Convenience to the Metro was fantastic, a quick five-minute walk made exploring the city easy. I appreciated having a small fridge in my room, perfect for snacks. Staff members, especially Paola, were incredibly helpful. Whenever I had a question, she was eager to assist, which made navigating the area much smoother. Unfortunately, the room was quite warm at night, even without air conditioning due to it being centrally controlled. I had to open the windows to find some relief. Noise from neighboring rooms was another issue. the lack of soundproofing meant I heard conversations quite clearly. The bathroom door was an accordion-style plastic one that didn't lock, leading to a significant lack of privacy. It definitely needs a better solution to ensure comfort. Despite a few quirks, the cleanliness and the cute decor added a lot to my experience, making it a decent value for the price.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and super clean, almost like staying at home. The breakfast was simple but delicious with options like croissants and fresh orange juice. The only downside was that the street outside could be noisy at night, but overall, I'd definitely stay here again!

Good option for a solo traveler
Had a surprisingly spacious room, which was silent like a secret lair,, and even included a water cooker with complimentary drinks,, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of options and a lot of flavor for the price,, honestly made my mornings more enjoyable.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still pretty reasonable.
